Fossils, a view of the past

Open to the public since 2002, the palaeontology exhibition, “Fossils, a view of the past” displays more than 1000 fossil samples from the Balearics and Europe, through the geological history of our islands which are the main setting. It has three-dimensional reproductions and interactive units with web access, which permit a virtual display and a series of activities. The larger part of the palaeontology materials belongs to the Juan Bauzá collection which is located in the same Museum.
